Reseller Compliance Kit

DRAFT for attorney review. Version 2026-10-24.

Everything you publish about these products is treated as part of their labeling: product pages, emails, social posts, videos and community messages. Regulators judge the whole picture, not just the disclaimer. This kit sets out what keeps a listing on the right side of that line. Section 3 of the Reseller Agreement makes these rules part of your account.

Put this on every listing, email and post

For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic.

Also include:

  • The full compound name and strength, for example "BPC-157, 10 mg"
  • The lot number and a link to that lot's certificate of analysis
  • A 21+ age confirmation on your site

Words and topics to avoid

Do not publish Why
Dosing, protocols, "how to use", injection or administration steps Shows intended human use
Reconstitution guides, peptide calculators, "cheat sheets" Cited in recent FDA warning letters
Weight loss, fat burning, muscle gain, healing, recovery, anti-aging, sleep, libido Health and effect claims
"Results", "safe for", "FDA approved", "pharmaceutical grade", "clinical" Implies approval or human use
Code names such as "GLP-2 TZ", "GLP-3 RT", "Reta", "Tirz" Cited as attempts to disguise drug names
Before and after images, people, bodies, syringes, pens Imagery counts as a claim
Bundles of bacteriostatic water with any peptide, "kits" Cited as evidence of intended human use
Testimonials about effects Health claims in someone else's words are still your claims

Words that are fine

Research material, lyophilized powder, sealed vial, box of 10, lot number, certificate of analysis, HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, storage at minus 20 °C, for laboratory research use only.

GLP-1 class compounds

Semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, cagrilintide, survodutide and similar compounds share a class with approved prescription medicines. For these:

  • Show only the name, strength, lot and certificate of analysis.
  • Never discount, feature or advertise them, and never mention weight, appetite or blood sugar.
  • Never sell them beside syringes, pens or bacteriostatic water.

Platforms

Do not list or advertise on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google Shopping and Google Ads. Their policies prohibit these products, and our agreement does too. Treat any agency promising "compliant" peptide ads on those platforms as a red flag.

Affiliate and influencer content

If someone promotes your store, you are responsible for what they say. Give them this kit, review their content before it goes live, and require an FTC disclosure such as "Paid partnership" or "I earn a commission".

If you are unsure

Ask us before publishing. We would rather review a draft than suspend an account.
