Do product minimums apply per product?
No. The minimum is the product subtotal of the whole order, mixed across any products and strengths. Shipping does not count.
Can I order more than the catalog shows, or a custom quantity?
Yes. For bulk or recurring volume, contact us after approval and we will quote it.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are set at approval and reviewed as your order history grows. Ask us any time.
Can I upload my order as a file?
Approved accounts use the one-page order sheet. If you have a large order in a spreadsheet, send it to us and we will build the cart for you.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it.
