Wholesale Terms

These terms cover ordering, pricing, shipping, payment and returns for approved Wholesale Peptides reseller accounts. They work together with the Reseller Agreement. All Products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
Accounts
- Prices, the cart and checkout are available only to approved reseller accounts.
- You can apply as a reseller business, a research professional or a licensed professional (with a US NPI number). An EIN or tax ID is optional.
- To apply you need: business, practice or lab name, state of registration, business address, phone, website or planned launch date, how you sell, expected monthly volume, and whether you need blind dropship.
- Every application is reviewed by a person. We confirm the applicant is 21 or older and verify the business before approval.
Pricing tiers
Prices are per sealed box of 10 vials (supplies such as bacteriostatic water are also sold by the box).

- Any products and strengths count toward the minimum. Shipping and taxes do not.
- Your tier is set when your account is approved and reviewed as your order history grows.
- Promotions, when offered, are shown at checkout and do not stack unless stated.
Payment
- Payment is due in full at checkout. We currently accept cryptocurrency through BTCPay.
- An order is confirmed once payment has the required network confirmations. Unpaid orders expire.
Shipping

- Orders ship from US warehouses to US addresses only. We do not ship internationally.
- Most orders leave the warehouse within [1 to 2] business days of payment.
- Blind dropship: choose it at checkout to ship straight to your buyer in plain packaging with no Wholesale Peptides branding and no prices.
- Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Check the address before paying; we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address you entered.
Certificates of analysis
- Each lot is tested by an independent laboratory. COAs are published in the COA library and linked from each product.
- You may share the COA for the lot you sold with your buyer. Do not edit COAs.
Cancellations
- You can cancel or change an order until it is packed. Email [support email] with your order number.
- Once an order is packed or shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Returns and replacements
- Damaged, missing or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the items or refund them.
- Unopened products: returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, if the seals are intact and the product is in its original box. Return shipping is paid by you and must be trackable.
- Opened products and blind dropship orders delivered as ordered are not returnable unless defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [7 to 10] business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Lost packages
Guaranteed reshipping. Orders ship by UPS with tracking. If UPS cannot confirm delivery, we reship the order at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
If tracking shows delivered but the package was not received, contact the carrier first, then us within 7 days. We will help file a claim but are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
